Following on from an announcement last week that the Brexit Leave campaign have withdrawn their appeal against findings of their illegal spending, some media outlets are now picking up on this.
But will any actual charges be brought against anyone, or is the ‘get out’ that this was an ‘advisory’ referendum enough to keep them out of the courts?
