It is still not 100% guaranteed that the people of the UK will vote in the European Parliamentary Election on 23rd May. Although it’s very likely, absolutely anything can happen as we have come to understand now.
However, it is advisable that everybody ensures they are registered to vote and if not to do so by 7th May 2019.
